This notice explains how Scott Standard Supply & Logistics LLC handles information you send through the quote request form on scottstandardsupply.com or by email.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect what you choose to send: your name, company or agency, email address, phone number, and the details of your request. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare a quote.
- To communicate with you about an order you place.
- To keep records of quotes and orders as required for business and tax purposes.
We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.
Services that handle your information
The quote form is delivered through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, and replies are handled through our business email. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. When we source products for an order, we share only the details a supplier needs to fill it.
Documents you send
Invoices, product lists, or solicitation documents you email to us are used only to prepare your quote or fill your order.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email dan@scottstandardsupply.com. We'll keep only what we're required to retain for completed transactions.
